Solution:
1> Use Target System Database SID : PROD2 but not PROD

Ensure that your sqlnet_ifile.ora has the line:
SQLNET.ALLOWED_LOGON_VERSION_SERVER = 8 (if
the initialization parameter SEC_CASE_SENSITIVE_LOGON is set to FALSE)
